For the “What Kind of Reader Are You?” quiz I got Fiction.
I agree with this is accurate because I do read those types of story to escape my life. I love that I could be in my room reading then in second I could be fighting foreign warriors and achieving a happy ending. Reading fiction stories and books is my escape and my safe place. The only thing that could hurt me there is my own imagination.
The last thing that I read was a short story based on Wolverine and the X-Men. In the short story I was basically a whole new character that added a little more spice to the original story. The story was full of action and fun. I enjoyed this story because it was well written and it felt like I was actually there. I will definitely keep a close eye on the author to see if she creates anymore works of art.
Ha! I love Wolverine and the X-men! I agree with you on how reading can be used to escape reality. I much prefer diving into a history novel or story. I am a fiction reader as well, but I prefer to read a non-fiction book. But If I do read a fiction book, you should know it would be a murder novel because I love the suspense.
